1.标准针尖“R”
标准针尖是最基本的针尖形状，在机针型号的标签上不会特别注明“R”。
适用范围:
- 軽薄梭织面料
- 带涂层面物料，厚重梭织物料，例如: 帐篷布
- 与软塑料或薄纸板粘合物料
- 薄膜
- 皮革/纺织品组合缝纫
2. 特锐针尖“SPI”
特尖针嘴“SPI”机针的带有纤细而尖锐的针尖，能精确刺穿细密的梭织及带有涂层物料。此外，这种针尖能够制作出清晰美观的线步和减少线缝起皱。
适用范围:
- 非常细密的梭织面料，例如: 超细纤维布料，丝绸
- 纤薄、带涂层的材料
- 纤薄、光滑的材料，如塔夫绸
- 用于缝制衬衫的平缝线迹（衬衫衣领、袖口、前襟）
- 无包裹层的弹力线

3.略带圆头标准针尖“RRT”
与"R"标准针尖相比，RRT针尖比较耐磨损，不易产生毛刺而对缝制品造成损伤，使用寿命更长。
适用范围:
- Light to medium woven fabrics
- Fine to medium jeans
- Leather/textile combinations
- Technical textiles

4.小圆针尖 "SES"

- Medium to heavy woven fabrics
- Laminated materials (textile / textile)

5.中圆针尖“SUK”
带有中圆针尖的机针(比小圆针尖"SES"更圆

6.大圆针尖“SKF”
这种特别圆的圆咀能在缝纫粗纤维的针织物时很好地排开纱线，而不会刺断材料纱。

7.特大圆针尖“SKL”
机针针尖特别宽大，而且很圆。这针尖结构最大可能地让机针排开织物纱线。
